What is in the atlas?

Counts are source components, not proof of a complete organ. “Missing” means no organ component was identified in the current import. Related vessels and cartilage do not establish organ coverage.

Disease coverage is limited to the cases listed here. We have not reviewed or modelled every disease of every body part.

Dog and cat coverage

The dog and cat workspace opens one whole animal with its skeleton and internal organs in place. The dog is by Vak.Expert; the cat is by jdb56. Both are external source viewers. Their labels and grouping come from their creators, and neither model has been independently validated for anatomical completeness. Not every organ can be selected separately. These models are not included in the human structure counts above.

Ten additional regional models remain available: five dog and five cat, including a canine portosystemic shunt and a feline renal mass. They are separate specimens and are not combined into the full-body models.
